Quitting returns you to the main menu. You respawn at your faction base, an owned car goes back to the lot, and your wanted level clears — a murder warrant does not.
Lower render distance is the biggest single win on a phone. Antialiasing is fixed when the page loads and is off automatically on touch devices.
